With that said, you as the buyer must determine whether your country and mailing system will accept the package. Postal systems in certain countries can be very unreliable.
InoculateTheWorld cannot be held responsible for returned or rejected packages due to reasons beyond our control. In the case a package is returned to us, there are two options:
1) Customer can pay for shipping again.
2) Customer can ask for a refund for the order, which we will process on a case-by-case basis.

*Shipping to Canada and United Kingdom remains smooth and we very rarely see delays with transit.

I’ve recently begun my adventures in mycology. The email correspondence with the ITW team is always professional and supportive. The products I’ve received are quality. Even when I had a minor issue, which I determined was most likely my error. They still responded with a replacement. Can’t say enough good things about ITW. I’ll be a fan for a long long time, as I plan to cultivate alot of gourmet mushies in the future.

AWESOME genetics
I previously ordered 2 B+ and 2 APE isolated syringes. Did not have any issues with contamination and was very impressed with the genetics. I highly recommend.
I noticed there are now Pan Cyan Isolated syringes in stock and went ahead and ordered 4. Can’t wait.

So, I ordered half a dozed isolated syringes. I had problems with one of them. ITW’s lab and I were both testing it pretty thoroughly. For some reason unbeknownst to me we did not get the same results. In spite of this ITW customer support sent me a replacement for it. They were very helpful through the whole process. I couldn’t be any happier with ITW. They took care of me and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. Because of this I will continue to exclusively support ITW. Their quality is superb. Their customer support is top notch. Thank you ITW.
