Fruiting abundantly from stumps, logs and outdoor mushroom beds, this is also a fantastic variety for commercial indoor cultivation. Requiring a more delicate touch than other oysters, it can tend to be a bit finicky with inadequately pasteurized substrates, and the mushrooms themselves are fragile, easily breaking during transport.
