Do you have a storefront?
No. Everything is done by mail order only. Thank you for understanding.
DO YOU SELL MUSHROOMS?
No. InoculateTheWorld sells mushroom spores. InoculateTheWorld does not sell mushrooms of any kind.
Where do your images of psilocybe mushrooms come from?
Images are provided for informational and educational reference only and originate from cultivators and labs outside the US.
Can you help me identify a wild mushroom?
No. Please join your local mycological society for identification practice. As a long time member of both the Oregon and Puget Sound Mycological Societies, I highly recommend you joining your local club. Foraging is a fantastic hobby for all ages. Particularly those with a desire for the unknown.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the time and fees associated with processing spore orders, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. If you require your order be cancelled, please contact us within 12 hours and you will be fully refunded, minus a 7.5% restock fee.
How To View Your Spores Under Microscope
For close-up viewing of spores, simply utilize a tool to transfer the spores to a glass slide. Cover the slide with a cover slip and place the slide onto the stage of your microscope. For a great beginner microscope we reccomend buying an Amscope B120 Compound Microscope.
How long will spores last? What is their shelf life?
Under proper care, spores are viable for years. We have seen spores still viable after 35 years!
How should I store my spores?
Storing your spores inside an airtight container in a refrigerator is best. A Tupperware inside a drawer in room temperature conditions will do just fine.
How should I store my Gourmet Cultures?
Storing gourmet cultures in an airtight container inside the refrigerator is best.
Where do your gourmet cultures come from?
We collect many of our cultures ourselves from the wild. We also rely greatly on you all for helping us access unique and rare fungi. We abide strictly to all state and federal foraging guidelines, and encourage our customers to do the same.
My payment has been sent, how do I know you have received it?
Within 48 hours of payment being made you will receive an email letting you know payment has been received and your order is in processing,
Do you take pre-orders?
No. To ensure even opportunities for all customers, we do not take pre-orders or reservations on any items.
Paying with ApplePay
When paying with ApplePay, ALWAYS INCLUDE ANY FEES. Do not put anything besides your order number in the payment message.
Paying with CashApp
When paying with CashApp, ALWAYS INCLUDE ANY FEES. Do not put anything besides your order number in the payment description.
Paying in Bitcoin (BTC)
ALWAYS INCLUDE ANY FEES. Scan the QR code on our site with your bitcoin mobile wallet. If you scan the QR code it will always send the correct amount.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
After we have processed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY. BAD ADDRESSES WILL NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.
Do you ship Psilocybe Mushroom Spores to Georgia, California, or Idaho?
We do not ship Psilocybe mushrooms spores to Georgia, California, or Idaho. Psilocybe mushroom spores have been banned to import in GA, CA and ID. Billing addresses to these 3 states are ok.
What is the business name on packages you send?
It says nothing about mushrooms on the outside of your package.
My Package Was Stolen Out Of My Mailbox, Can You Help?
WE DO NOT REPLACE STOLEN ITEMS. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR HANDS, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED OF MAIL BEING STOLEN FROM YOUR HOME, BUY A PO BOX. On a case-by-case scenario we will offer you a discounted price to re-order your items, but will not re-ship to an address that has had packages stolen before. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING.
BAD ADDRESS NOTICE
When you place an order through our site, take the time to ensure you enter your address correctly. Any orders placed with bad addresses will be pushed back one week to ensure everyone else gets full attention on their orders.
