I’ve been a customer support/service person for much of my life in the high tech industry: IBM (Hardware 1981-1992), and SCO (Software 1992-1996). I understand the value of reviews but with the advent of AI, I’ve become skeptical of overly glowing reviews. I also follow the fundamental principle of, “don’t believe anything but verify it for yourself.”

Well, over the past three years, all my interactions with ITW Support have been exemplary from honest answers to my questions to replacing failed syringes after I explained my procedures.

So I used to get everything from Sunyata Labs but since they shut down I have always had excellent results from ITW. Their spore syringes are top notch and always produce the utmost best fruits I’ve ever seen. I won’t shop anywhere else.

I have used ITW about 8 times now and I have never been disappointed. Fast service and great quality 😉. I wish they had some kind of loyalty rewards program though. But definitely one of my top favorites for spores!

I purchased a spore syringe about a month ago. I reached out to customer service and J. (the person who helped me) was fantastic. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt with email replies, etc. She took quite a bit of his time to help me (I was concerned that maybe the syringe was contaminated), and offered to send me another syringe. I did not expect to get a replacement, especially after I realized that I was 99.9% sure that it was not a contaminated syringe. I think that I just have a lot more research that I need to do. I ordered and received a syringe for my research. I am new to the study of Mycology and was excited to receive my package, which came very quickly. When I opened it, it had leaked. I contacted ITW and a very nice gal, whos name I sadly forget, asked me a few questions and sent me a replacement. It arrived quickly and wasnt damaged. As a newbie in the field of mycology, I searched for a reputable source for high quality spores for my research. Over and over I found ITW highly recommended for the vast array of spore prints, superb customer service, and ease of doing business with. After reading the various blogs about ITW, I was convinced that this was the company that I wanted to do business with. Deeper research on their processes of procuring, isolating and sterilization of products just reinforced this desire. While I’ve only ordered twice from them, I was also impressed the great prices and fast shipping! ITW is now my only choice for spores. I recommend the to everyone who asks! Thanks ITW!

I’ve recently begun my adventures in mycology. The email correspondence with the ITW team is always professional and supportive. The products I’ve received are quality. Even when I had a minor issue, which I determined was most likely my error. They still responded with a replacement. Can’t say enough good things about ITW. I previously ordered 2 B+ and 2 APE isolated syringes. Did not have any issues with contamination and was very impressed with the genetics. I highly recommend.

I noticed there are now Pan Cyan Isolated syringes in stock and went ahead and ordered 4. Can’t wait.

So, I ordered half a dozed isolated syringes. I had problems with one of them. ITW’s lab and I were both testing it pretty thoroughly. For some reason unbeknownst to me we did not get the same results. In spite of this ITW customer support sent me a replacement for it. They were very helpful through the whole process. I couldn’t be any happier with ITW. They took care of me and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. Because of this I will continue to exclusively support ITW. Their quality is superb. I ordered the beginner starter pack back in October of 2023, I also had someone give me 2 spore syringes they had from ITW and and entire setup to start my journey. So I started out with 6 total syringes. Lydia was fast at responding to me through email and was extremely helpful through it all. I have been able to successfully flush my two that worked out 3 times for one of them and starting the third time on the other. They have produced some amazing results! I have ordered several budget spore syringes and isolated spore syringes each time they arrive within 3 days of ordering. I can’t decide between all the different types, so I let the folks at ITW pick, and save money at the same time. The isolated syringes always research fast, and the spores syringes never fail. I am on my 7th new strain. Thank You ITW for my new hobby and great genetics. Don’t hesitate to order, I’m getting ” Drew’s mystery box” next. It is exciting to get new spores, and indecision is not an issue, they are ALL great strains.

I had an issue that resolved around seeds. I was a bit pushy when I complained. I did not realize a new person was being trained. For that, I am sorry. My problem was corrected by Drew the owner. He called/emailed me. Told me not to worry and that my problem was resolved. Drew is a stand-up guy. A man of his word. You DO NOT see this anywhere, anymore. I will always buy from ITW from now on… Thanks again Drew.

I previously wrote a bad review. I wish I could take it down. Drew contacted me directly and corrected the problem. I had purchased 3 house spore prints on 3 different orders. Each time I received the same exact strain. I had complained the first time I got a duplicate. I was told to make comments on the order and it wouldn’t happen again. However, it did happen a third time. I was so upset that I left a very bad review. A few hours after my negative review Drew emailed me and told me that he would send me two new unique spore prints, this one time only. Truth be told I probably won’t order house prints again because they are unable to track what they have already sent and I don’t want to pay for duplicates. In the future I will pay full fare and buy the specific prints I want. I ordered 6 isolated syringes. After 36 hours all 6 strains are growing like wild fire in new jars of LC. I used 2.5ml per 600ml of LC solution. My petri dishes are not ready yet but the LC is looking very good so far. I really appreciate what Drew was willing to do to make my problem right. This is a standup company. I regret having given a bad review. I hope that ITW can take it down.

Drew always has the cleanest genetics, I almost never have to clean anything up past the first spore swab. One plate is all it takes to get going with some of the strongest genetics you can get
