In a unanimous 9-0 vote, the Seattle city council committed to decriminalizing possession and administration of entheogens and psilocybin mushrooms. This allows non-commercial cultivators, facilitators, and end-users to be able to operate their daily lives without fear of legal repercussions surrounding its use. The Seattle police department will be forced to have reasonable suspicion to commit resources to anyone suspected of psilocybin production or possession. If you are caught for a criminal act; (DUI, theft, etc), and found with entheogens, they can still charge you for possession. Looking to join the fast-paced mushroom industry?
