Black Pearl King Oyster is a hybrid between European and Asian Pleurotus ostreatus. These mushrooms are large and meaty like King Oyster, but softer, and well suited to a variety of gourmet dishes. Just like other Oysters, they easily grow from a variety of substrates including sawdust, and can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors.

All samples are streak tested for viability, and brewed to peak performance.

Favored amongst commercial cultivators, liquid cultures are the fastest medium for colonizing your grains and substrates.
