Description
First discovered in India by mycologist John Allen, InoculateTheWest was lucky enough to be given photos from John of the first ever grow of Orissa India. You can find those in the gallery to the left. John wanted to point out that on the left of the tank is a one gallon jar of water. Next to that jar is a sheet of glass and on the right of the sheet of glass is the compost and spawn. There are a few 8 inch cubes coming upon the left side. On the far right are two specimens 22, and 23 inches long.
In 2009 the state of Orissa changed its name to Odisha, to better reflect the pronunciation of the name in its inhabitants native language.
