Panaeolus Cyanescens PHV is a snake venom hybrid that comes from a cross between a Panaeolus cyanscens from Hausetca, Mexico, a tropical region along the Gulf Coast, and a Panaeolus cyanescens from Australia. This made it to our library with thanks to the ‘Pan Man’ Jake Oncid. Hybridization was forced using water moccasin snake venom to break down the cell walls and allow genetic material to transfer between two dikaryotic sub-strains.
