We are thrilled to release a wild cubensis strain from North Carolina, an area with highly diverse topography and ecology. North Carolina’s humid, subtropical climate as well as its strong tradition for cattle farming lend themselves to the growth of wild cubensis mushrooms all over the states. This strain was originally collected in a cattle field by a friend and customer of ITW who wanted to see it distributed to the masses.

 

The early features of this strain show great potential, with initial runs reminiscent of Tosohatchee. With such a rigorous early sample, we’re really excited to see what the community does with this one.
