Golden Mammoth Spore Prints are from a resilient and fast strain of Psilocybe cubensis that’s great for beginner and more advanced researchers alike. That’s because Golden Mammoth mushrooms are hardy and produce full rigorous flushes. Not a ton is known about the origins of Golden Mammoth, however they were apparently domesticated by a Canadian mycologist in the early ‘90s, and were brought to ITW by the “Pan-Man” Jake Oncid, a legendary cultivator and friend of ours. 

They’re named for the size of their mushrooms, which are enormous “mammoth sized” beauties that easily fill tubs to the brim. Golden Mammoth mushroom caps are a dark brown color, similar to a Mammoth’s fur, and their stems are thin but really long. Golden Mammoth spores are brown and average in deposit.
